What is Lipid Profile

A lipid profile is a test doctors recommend to check your heart health. It tests the multiple lipids in your blood. If you find your lipids ( Fats ) are abnormal, the treatment is massacre because it will increase your chances of having heart problems in the long run. 

The lipid profile has 5 tests Total cholesterol triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and VLDL. I know this because my name is Hamza and  I am a lab technologist with 5 years of experience. So that’s why I am telling you a little about this test. 

In this test, I perform cholesterol, triglycerides, and HDL. After this, I used Formula to get LDL and VLDL. 

How lipid profile calculator works.
